Game Smithing approached us with Soulstone Survivors - an advanced roguelite with unique gameplay mechanics. Working with top Douyin creators (1.5M+ followers) and key BiliBili influencers (368k and 200k followers), we created a wave of authentic content that explained the game's unique features while maintaining cultural relevance.
The transformation was significant. In just 4 months, the game's presence in China grew from 12.9% to 20% of global sales - equivalent to the combined sales from Germany, France, UK, and Poland. The game found particular resonance with Chinese players, earning the nickname "肝" ("liver game") - a term of endearment in Chinese gaming culture for content-rich games.
